2017-2018 Re-Enrollment for Returning Students

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS THE INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN APPLIES TO EVERYONE WITH CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS.

It is time to complete the 2017-2018 re-enrollment form for returning students. The absolute deadline for receiving the completed re-enrollment form is FRIDAY, JANUARY 20, 2017.

Online Re-enrollment Form

Please complete the online re-enrollment form for each student currently enrolled at The Museum School.

For those of you who prefer the hard copy paper document or you are not able to complete the form online, a link to the printable form is included here. As an additional convenience, we will also have a few of the printed forms available at the front desk. Please only complete and submit one or the other; do not complete the online form and submit the paper document.

PLEASE REMEMBER to submit a form for each child you have enrolled in TMS. Additional documentation for re-enrollment is not required at this time, but will be requested for the registration/re-enrollment period during the summer; dates still TBD.


APPLICATIONS FOR SIBLINGS OF CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS:
AS A REMINDER: Siblings of currently enrolled students are NOT automatically enrolled. If you have a younger sibling you want to try to enroll for the 2017-2018 school year, you will need to go through the application process, in person, during the open enrollment period. Open enrollment begins on 01/30/2017 and runs through 02/10/2017. The absolute deadline for application submittal is at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, 02/10/2017.
