Erin’s Closet
A cornerstone of equity at The Museum School, ensuring every student has access to essential resources—from technology and uniforms to healthy snacks and school supplies. Its expanded impact includes transportation, meals, and instructional support, alongside a robust financial aid system for families facing hardship. This wrap-around model provides comprehensive assistance at school and home, covering care fees, internet access, field trip costs, and holiday meals—meeting real needs with dignity and care.
The Kelbaugh Alumni Scholarship
Established in 2025, the scholarship is designed to empower Museum School graduates as they take the next step in their educational journeys. The scholarship celebrates TMS graduates who exemplify our core values of respect, responsibility, creativity, cooperation, kindness, and sustainability. This scholarship supports alumni as they prepare for post-secondary education, recognizing personal growth, leadership, and service to others.
Staff Appreciation Fund
Every dollar you contribute directly supports our incredible staff—fueling moments of joy during the holidays and heartfelt recognition during Teacher Appreciation Week in May. Your generosity makes it possible to celebrate the people who make our mission thrive. The suggested donation amount is $50 for one student, $80 for 2 students, and $100 for 3+ students, but any amount is appreciated and welcome!
Teacher Mini-Grants
Mini grant funding empowers educators at The Museum School to enhance their classrooms with targeted, meaningful resources. These flexible funds are available through a simple application process and allow teachers to respond directly to student needs—whether it’s purchasing specialized materials, enriching instruction with hands-on tools, or creating inclusive learning environments.
Funding TMS PTO
The Museum School Foundation supports the ongoing responsibilities of the PTO which includes family engagement, staff appreciation, heritage celebrations, TMS Fall Fest, spring picnic, room parent support, field day, and so much more that our students and families get to enjoy at no cost.
