Re-enrollment for current TMS students will be open beginning January 4, 2026. 

Enrollease

Beginning this year, the re-enrollment process will be completed through Enrollease.

Families will receive an email invitation from Enrollease to complete the Re-enrollment Form. The deadline for completion of the Re-enrollment Form is January 31, 2026 – no exceptions or extensions. Please note that the form is required for ALL current Kindergarten – 7th grade TMS students regardless of intent to return.

Completion of the form will require families to upload the documents outlined below. Please send any questions or concerns you may have regarding this process to our Registrar at registration@themuseumschool.org.

Required Submissions for ALL Students:

Re-enrollment Documents Needed for Current K-7 Students (these documents will be uploaded directly to the Re-enrollment Form in Enrollease)

  • Homeowners with NEW address – Copy of Mortgage Statement/Deed AND Copy of Current Utility Bill (gas, power, water only)
  • Homeowners with same address as last year – Copy of Current Utility Bill (gas, power, water only)
  • Renters – Complete Copy of Current Lease AND Copy of Current Utility Bill (gas, power, water only)
  • Affidavit of Residency (applies only when the property is not owned/rented by the parent/guardian, but the parent/guardian resides with the property owner/renter)
    • Notarized Affidavit of Residency
    • Homeowner/Renter Photo ID
    • Parent/Guardian Photo ID
    • Mortgage Document or Lease in name of Homeowner/Renter
    • Copy of Current Utility Bill (gas, power, water only)
    • Copy of Business Mail addressed to Parent/Guardian (i.e. insurance statement, tax document, bank statement, etc.)
  • Rising 7th Graders – updated Immunization Record (Form 3231); must be marked “Complete for 7th-10th Grades” in upper right hand corner

PLEASE DO NOT DROP OFF DOCUMENTS AT THE SCHOOL.
The Re-enrollment Form must be completed by January 31, 2026 at midnight, at which time the form will expire.

Failure to complete the form in accordance with the deadline could result in delays in the re-enrollment of your student(s). Please be mindful of the deadline in order to avoid these delays.
