All kids deserve to learn in a safe, supportive and caring environment. The Great Kindness Challenge provides powerful tools that actively engage students, teachers, administrators, families and communities in creating a culture of compassion, acceptance, unity and respect. During the week of January 23 – 27, 2023, Museum School Students in grades K-5 will take part in the Great Kindness Challenge. This is a time where students are encouraged to demonstrate kindness with their words and actions. Through lessons and morning messages students will learn ways they can show kindness and are encouraged to demonstrate those acts in their daily lives. This year, students will participate in creating a kindness mural. Each student will be given a puzzle piece to illustrate what kindness means to them.
We would love your support. Please use the checklist provided to demonstrate random acts of kindness in your home and community. Together we can do our part to spread kindness!
Sincerely,
Dana Lewis
