STEP 1 OF 3: ACCEPTANCE
The attached checklist offers a detailed list of required documents to ensure acceptance, Step 1 of 3 towards completion of enrollment.
- Social Security Waiver (if applicable)
- Affidavit of Residence Form (not applicable to the homeowner or renter on the lease)
- Intent to Enroll

All documents must be submitted within 7 business days from the date the application was selected. If you have not met the requirements by the deadline, you will lose your acceptance status and will not move forward for enrollment; your student’s application will be withdrawn and placed at the bottom of the waitlist for the applicable grade level.
