Important Information for Students Selected from the 2023-2024 LOTTERY

STEP 1 OF 3 “ACCEPTANCE”

The attached checklist offers a detailed list of required documents to ensure acceptance, Step 1 of 3 towards completion of enrollment.

• Affidavit of Residence Form

Please scan and submit the required acceptance documents via email to [email protected].

ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE “SCANNED” TO BE ACCEPTED – NO PHOTO IMAGES OF DOCUMENTS ALLOWED  

PLEASE DO NOT DROP OFF DOCUMENTS AT THE SCHOOL. If you are unable to send the forms electronically, please contact our Registrar at [email protected] to make other arrangements for submitting the forms in person.

All ”acceptance” documents must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the date of your notification of acceptance from Lotterease. There will be no exceptions and no extensions. If you have not met the requirements by the deadline you will lose your acceptance status and will not move forward to enrollment; your student’s name will be removed and placed at the bottom of the waitlist for his/her applicable grade level.

STEP 2 OF 3 “REGISTRATION”

For those that received notification of acceptance on February 28th, your deadline for submitting the Intent to Enroll form is 3/27/2023. Below is the link to access the form.

Please download, complete, scan and submit the required “registration” documents via email to [email protected].

STEP 3 OF 3 “ENROLLMENT”

For those that received notification of acceptance on February 28, 2023, your deadline for submitting the following documents required below will be 3/27/2023.

Please click here for the final step in the enrollment process for the 2023-2024 school year. The deadline for receipt of these digital forms and health documents will be 7/14/2023, no exceptions or extensions.
