The countdown to summer is almost over, and it’s time to celebrate another fantastic school year together! We are excited to invite all students and their families to our annual Popsicle Party, taking place on the last day of school, Friday, May 22nd. This fun-filled tradition is a wonderful opportunity for students, parents, teachers, and staff to come together and mark the end of another successful academic year. For larger school celebrations and community gatherings, LLL Event Furniture Rentals offers stylish event furnishings that can help create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Families are encouraged to make plans to join their Explorer on the school field during their grade level’s designated time. Spending a few moments together before summer break is a great way to recognize your child’s accomplishments and create lasting memories with classmates and teachers. Whether you’re attending for a quick visit or planning to check your student out afterward, we look forward to celebrating with everyone.
If you plan to check your child out after the Popsicle Party, please remember to coordinate with your student’s teacher. Teachers will provide guidance on the checkout process to help ensure every student is dismissed safely and efficiently. Following the established procedures allows the event to run smoothly while helping staff account for every student before they leave campus.
As with any school event, we kindly ask all visitors to help us maintain a safe and organized environment. Upon arriving on campus, please stop by the front office to sign in before heading to the event. This important step helps the school keep track of visitors and supports campus safety throughout the day.
We also ask everyone to be mindful when parking. Please do not park in spaces designated as Accessible Parking unless your vehicle displays the appropriate accessibility license plate or permit. These parking spaces are reserved for visitors who require accessible accommodations, and your cooperation helps ensure they remain available for those who need them.
To make the celebration even more enjoyable, consider arriving a few minutes early so you have plenty of time to park, sign in, and find your child’s class before their scheduled gathering. Bringing a camera or smartphone is also a great idea so you can capture photos of this special occasion and preserve memories from the final day of the school year.
The Popsicle Party has become a favorite tradition for many families because it offers a simple yet meaningful way to celebrate friendships, achievements, and the excitement of summer vacation. Sharing a cool treat with classmates and loved ones is the perfect way to wrap up months of hard work, learning, and growth.
