Device Support

Device Support for SCHOOL devices will be available Mondays from 10 AM to 3 PM. Please reach out to Mr. Stewart at [email protected] to set up an appointment or to inquire about checking out a school device.

If your child needs assistance with their Assistive Technology (as required by their IEP or 504 plan), please reach out to your child’s case manager (Special Education) or Yolanda Silveri (504/MTSS Coordinator) for support.

Platform and Program Support

Please take a look at these resources to help you navigate and troubleshoot access to platforms and programs that your child may be using during Virtual Learning. If you still need assistance, please reach out to your child’s teacher. Your child’s teacher can either support you or point you in the right direction.


As a DeKalb County Charter School, Museum School students have access to Clever to access i-Ready, Classworks, and a few other resources. While you may see that there are several platforms, we do not have access to all. For now, TMS is focusing on accessing i-Ready and Classworks. If your child’s teacher directs your child to use a specific platform on Clever, they will provide more direction. See below for instructions on how to log on to Clever.
