“Turn the Key and Be Idle Free!”

Environmental Ed students have been working hard on a “Be Idle Free” project to raise awareness in our school community about car idling. Students collected data at carpool, analyzed it, and created the following Public Service Announcements to communicate their learning. They also created several posters that we plan to hang on the windows in our room to remind carpool drivers to “Turn the Key and Be Idle Free!” We hope you enjoy their work and that it sparks a conversation in your family about how we can do our part to help keep the air clean and prevent more climate change all while saving some money!
